Just give me a link to a tutorial to get rid of this faulty one ui 7 until I get a new phone.

Ever since one ui 7 update for my a23fe it jsut crashes, no update after that fixed the phone and it just freezes everyday.

I know for a fact that this is not an hardware issue, Samsung itself replied in support section of Samsung members that it is an software issue, more particularly system ui is failing to work and phone freezes.

Please if anyone knows tell me how can I downgrade this without an issue. I can't even get through the day with its current situation.

And if anyone knows any better android phone except Samsung, suggest me some.

Thanks

You can't. "Anyone who knows, tell me how I can downgrade this without an issue". The only way is by rooting... which, without experience, will most likely brick your device.

Ui7 is a reskinned android 15....so, all Android devices, all devices besides ios

As johnz said, you can't. Not too much else to say. Any online tutorials you might find will probably damage your device.

You could report the freezing using the send feedback button. You could try clearing your cache partition. You could even try reinstalling android using a pc

System UI is the main graphical interface of the phone. So that's the status bar, quick settings control panel, notification panel and other graphical elements on android. It's the main app that is modified by individual phone companies to alter the look on their android phones. An other app that is modified is the settings app. The launcher is usually swapped out for a manufacturers custom launcher. So on Samsung phones we get One UI Home. So a lot of how Samsung phones look and work are due to Samsung's modified software.
