Whata your thoughts how's the usage and battery ?

It won't harm the battery using the Protect Battery Feature.

It would mean possibly more frequent charging of the phone as the usage times would drop @sarasphotobox

Some find the protect Battery feature beneficial, should be fine  (at that level)though generally best to avoid  too many partial charges. personally prefer to keep device running between 20 and 100%.

At times may be necessary, just think should not have small partial charges too often.

No need to avoid as such,for instance 20-80 or 85 is fine if it suits you.
