Try wipe cache partition.
Turn off phone
Pluc to PC, tv USB etc
Press and hold power button and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button Restart phone. See if that helps.

I've seen this issue going around from way back like 2022 it's wild spread issue seen on multiple forums and happens to people who doesn't even enabled developer options or haven't flashed their devices or nothing, till this day issue persists some reports they solved with uninstalling play services updates, some by just clearing wallets cache etc, seen on googles issue report page it's common issue till this day, even though i haven't experienced nothing like this ever but things happen, maybe it's due to bank issues where unexpected or unusual behaviour happens and bank just reports as security risk 🤔

Have you tried to remove all cards or add different one? Or just remove all cards and add through your banking app usually it's the option in banking app under settings.

Try delete update and data of Google Play Services and Google Play Store, don't worry,  you will not lose any data. It may take some time before the Google Play Store and Google Play Services are updated. Try remove case, some cases interfere with nfc
