Norton Password Manager Accessibility Switches Off Automatically on Samsung Devices

I’m using Norton Password Manager on two Samsung devices: a Galaxy Tab S5e (Android 11, One UI 3.1) and a Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 16, One UI 8.0). On both devices, I’m unable to keep the Accessibility setting for Norton Password Manager turned ON. As soon as I enable it, it immediately switches back to OFF — without any error message.

I’ve followed all recommended steps: reinstalling the app, disabling battery optimization, allowing background activity, turning off Play Protect, disabling Device Care, and more. Nothing works.

The app is correctly listed under Installed Services in Accessibility, but it won’t stay active.

Are other users experiencing this issue?  And is there any known fix or workaround?

Thanks in advance for any help or insights.

Heb ik uiteraard gedaan maar die verwijzen naar Samsung voor zover bij hun bekend zijn er geen andere leveranciers waarbij dit een probleem geeft.
