How is possible UI 7 update to destroy my battery life completely and now One UI 8 to be even worse cmon samsung 2 hours screen on time 50% gone srlyyyyy

Check your screen brightness. It makes a huge difference.

I keep location, bluetooth, WiFi off by habit. Only on when I need them. That makes a difference too.

Are they shouldn't make every next update better than the previous one better optimization etc.
Feels like i have 3000mAh battery not 5000

First, turn off Auto Blocker then follow these instructions EXACTLY as written

Using the Samsung Phone App (not the Google one)

Dial *#9900# then scroll down to battery stats reset. Click then restart your phone.

Turn Auto Blocker back on

Restart device

Wait 14 days for battery optimisation to complete.

Found mine returning to normal power drain levels now since updating about 3 weeks ago. 13h SoT is pretty common for my S25 Ultra even using YouTube.
