Next Alarm on Always on Display and Lock Screen

It would be great to be able to show the next alarm on the Always on Display and Lock Screen permanently. Right now, it is only possible via widgets which needs tapping the lock screen. It would be so more much more convenient to have the option to show the next alarm all the time.

I think most people are surprised it is not already displayed. I am trying to do it now on my Samsung S23 and feeling frustrated, please help...

With a recent update, LockStar (which is part of GoodLock) added the functionality to add widgets to the lock screen and AOD. With that you're able to add a widget that shows the next alarm.

I'd still prefer if there was direct way (provided by Samsung) to show it.

It shows some stuff that aren't alarms (like calendar notification times) as next alarm time, but has worked well apart from that.

Appreciate this. It looks horrible though. What it needs to be imo is just the information appearing under the time or date as and when it's active, rather than a horrible looking box with a different font to the AOD and a massive space now between the time and date and the notification icons. Sort it out, Samsung

I agree that Samsung should add this as a built in functionality. 

For reference, I'll attach screenshots (with and without an alarm set, both with an active notification) from my current setup using the widget from above. Imo not horrible, but definitely room for improvement.

@Atcy Thank you for sharing, but Samsung apps are misusing Next alarm value, resulting in wrong Next alarm displayed with all third party widgets (also tried the one you shared) 

For example, it will display start of next routine, next calendar event or start of sleep mode.

Real next alarm will only be displayed from time to time.

Only solution i found so far is using another clock/alarm app with it s own widget instead of samsung default clock. Like Google Clock for exemple

Hello!  Just adding my vote for next alarm and next timer to be shown on lock screen.  I've just moved to S23 Ultra from iPhone.  Enjoying it a lot, but timer-on-lock-screen was a v useful feature on the iPhone.
