If you got your phone through a carrier network, they normally send out the updates. Worth asking them to see what's happening.
If you got your phone through a third party store, if it's been imported. May not get an update depending on where its from
You can always try connecting to a computer and using Smartswitch to see if you can get updates that are available

Its direct from Samsung and SmartSwitch fails as well even though it says there's several updates available. Think the device is faulty TBH.

Yes I agree my phones connection to wifi and data signal is horrendous again I'm thinking of sending this back
