Just to share, I've updated my Samsung One UI Home to the latest, version 15.0.09.1, and this has really made a positive difference in the smoothness of the phone animations.
The update wasn't available for me via the Home Screen Settings (depends on where you live, you might see it available), but I downloaded this via APK Mirror.
