Update - Passwords

Hi everyone.

Last time I updated my phone, I lost 117 passwords, and it was a nightmare!

So now I'm being prompted by Samsung every 5 minutes to update my phone.

In all honesty, I don't want to, because I just don't want to lose all of my passwords again, and it also seems that it has happened to quite a few people on this update too.

Is there any way that I can prevent losing my passwords from happening before I update? 

Samsung customer service were useless last time😩😩😩

As long as samsung cloud has everything turned on for sync and backup, you shouldn't ever lose passwords in samsung pass

I that happened with me and i couldn't fix it. I ended up with a google keyboard and Google synchronizing all of the account and passwords on my phone, pc and tablet.

I use Google password manager so as long as I log in correctly I will never lose my passwords, if your with Samsung pass it should transfer seamlessly like others are saying ❤ I hope you solve this worry.

The update has changed everything though, I don't know where anything is now🙄😂
