Updated phone last night, can't use messaging app to text anyone.  

It's messages app on Samsung not Google messaging.

I've disabled Google meet in apps. It now let's me message

Disabled meet just now and it is now working 👍

go to setting and then app, then look for meet (google meet) then disable it then it will work for samsung message app

What is going on with samsung messages seriously samsung sort this out please.

Its a problem with Google meet app. You'll have to disable it. See link below or response from Samsung

The issue is being caused by a recent update to the Google Meet app. Please disable the Google Meet app for now until a fix has been issued. See response from Samsung.
