Keyboard symbol

How can I disable or hide the keyboard notification? Circled in red. As it's really frustrating. 

When I'm typing I occasionally press the keyboard symbol, bottom right of the screen. And when I disable that option there's a constant notification in the notification panel which I can not disable. 

Any help will be appreciated.

I don't have this problem, but maybe this would fix it?

Sounds like this would get rid of the one in the taskbar. And under "Keyboard List and Default", "Default Keyboard" there's a toggle to get rid of the one on the actual keyboard/navigation bar.
