Was wondering if anyone could help I just brought the s23 plus and don't know how to claim the ear buds pro 2 ???

You'd be looking at going through the retailer you bought the phone from
I'm assuming it's with EE you got the device from

Samsung UK do not have a current promotion offering the Samsung Earbuds when the Samsung Galaxy s²³ + is purchased.

Did you order through a Network who maybe offering their own promotion @fordy1427

I got it from EE they said I had to claim them through samsung

Won't get them by Samsung direct, as it was EE promotion so I would discuss it with them

HI @fordy1427 if purchased via EE  the Buds 2 Pro are sent automatically,15-30 days after purchase (excluding weekends)  Do not need to claim and  Samsung are not involved in this promotion.
