How do I stop the audible notification when sleep mode starts?

When sleep mode starts, I get an audible notification that wakes me up if I happened to go to bed early that night. I've seen several other posts about this, but the only answer I've seen that stops it, which is to silence notifications in "Modes and Routines", silences everything, including any calls or messages you have set up to be allowed. Obviously, that isn't useful. Is there any way to just stop sleep mode from sounding that alarm when it starts?

You can adjust routines to turn phone to silent or vibrate only with exception for favourites and or turn on feature that if someone calls you twice with 10 mins I think it will go through

Also set alarm as an exception

I'm not talking about calls and notifications that come in during sleep mode. I'm talking about the notification that sleep mode is starting. I can't find any way to shut off just that notification. It seems dumb that if I go to bed early, my phone is going to wake me up to tell me it's going into sleep mode.

This does not work. It turns off all notifications, even the exceptions I have allowed.
