Android version 14
I have an alarm set on my phone for 5:00.
Separately sleep mode is set for 21:00 to 5:01. I like to have sleep mode set to shut down my phone if I'm doomscrolling and as I want the greyscale to come on during that time period.
I have both the alarm and sleep mode activated as sometimes if I hear it raining during the night I know I can sleep in so I can turn my alarm off, but I still want sleep mode activated.
When I do turn the alarm off and the sleep mode finishes at 5:01 it makes a loud unnecessary notification noise that wakes me. I would like to turn this notification noise off.
So far I have tried without success:
Sleep mode: Sound mode and volume: Sound mode mute, ringtone 0%, notifications 0%, system 0%
Settings: Notifications: App notifications: (three dots top right) Show system apps: Modes and Routines: Silent
Settings: Notifications: App notifications: (three dots top right) Show system apps: System UI: Silent
I have seen suggested using Bixby to turn off notification sounds for a certain time period but I can't work out how to set that up.
Basically I want app restriction and greyscale from 21:00 to 5:00 with the option to turn an audible alarm of my choice (not an abrupt annoying tone) on or off. I know there are ways I can go in and do this manually every day but I feel I should be able to set an automatic schedule up.
Appreciate any suggestions.
