Hello!
I just transferred all my images from my old Note10 Lite to my S23U and i noticed that all the Whatsapp Images were gone, both from the old and new phone.
But when i check the "transfer results" inside the Smart Switch app, it shows 12k+ images transferred, which is correct, but only around 3k are visible on the gallery and directory folders.
I tried the Google Files and enabled the hidden files option and also deleted the .nomedia file, but still got nothing.
Any thoughts? Ty!!!

No DRM as far as i know. Its quite bizarre this situation, i can still see the media numbers inside each conversations i have, but they are all gone.

@Dipp: If you still have access to your Note10 Lite, then please try opening WhatsApp on the device > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Chats > Select 'Chat backup' or 'Transfer chats'. This should allow you to move all chats, including photos, to your S23 Ultra.
On the S23 Ultra, open WhatsApp > 3 dots > Settings > Storage and data > Media auto-download, and select your network preferences, and the photos should then be re-downloaded to your Gallery. Let me know how you get on.

I did use the "transfer chats" when i changed to the S23U and all the chats are ok, but with no media. And as i mentioned before, i can see the numer of media each chat has, and it corresponds to what i had before, but when i access the "media, links and docs" tab, its empty.
As @Robin999 said before, the fact that all Whatsapp media from my old phone are gone is a complete mystery.
