I'm in the UK and since the July system update, I'm experiencing regular no service indicator at home. Previously the signal was not great (2 bar) but it wouldn't be no service so frequently. Switching off esim and on fix it temporarily, but then after maybe 15 mins itll lose signal again and would not reconnect. Anyone else in UK seeing this?

I'm on EE and service status is normal.

Hi, and welcome to the community

If eSIM then contact EE in case they need to set it up again

I'm also experiencing this. I posted about it last week and I'm surprised no update has been rolled out to fix this. I use an s23 ultra on O2 network

I switched to physical SIM today and it's still the same. Something about the update seems to have caused it.

I managed to get a physical SIM today and move it to my old iPhone. Are you also seeing no service and phone not reconnecting to network?

Yes I'm also getting that problem and in addition my Bluetooth devices keep disconnecting and reconnecting. I have experienced this before in an update earlier this year and it took Samsung about 2 weeks to release a patch that fixed the bugs in the new software. I'm guessing it might take another 2 weeks again before they release a patch but my fear is that in the future I'll be scared of updating my phone's software because I don't know if there'll be bugs like this again seeing this is the second time it's happening to me

Thanks. July update was just a security update. My S23U had no issues with it. Mine is a stock UK handset with latest stock OEM firmware (OTA). It's not rooted or flashed. I'm with O2. Physical SIM. Not got eSIM so can't compare there, sorry,

Yeh it's definitely not normal as never had issues at home before. Once the network go into no service mode, it doesn't reconnect and stay as no service.

Thanks for sharing the experience. My Bluetooth is a bit finiky as well, WiFi has been unable too. Played around with my router yesterday, thought that was the issue. Yeh something is definitely not right. I know what you mean, I'm now going to think twice before doing a system update. First time having issue with my s23u

Hey there

Perform a Reset MOBILE Network Settings on your device.

That should reset your APN and hopefully fix the issues.
