HELP | Smart Switch not transferrig all images

Hello!

I just transferred all my images from my old Note10 Lite to my S23U and i noticed that all the Whatsapp Images were gone, both from the old and new phone.

But when i check the "transfer results" inside the Smart Switch app, it shows 12k+ images transferred, which is correct, but only around 3k are visible on the gallery and directory folders.

I tried the Google Files and enabled the hidden files option and also deleted the .nomedia file, but still got nothing.

Any thoughts? Ty!!!

I don't think Smartswitch xfers whatsapp stuff? There's a separate backup option in WhatsApp.

I cheked the option of all folders and it shows inside the app (the transfer results graph) that it did transfer 12,2k images, but when i go to my gallery/directory i only see around 3k images (my cam folder and a few others). The missing 9k is pretty much what i had inside the WhatsApp Images Folder. 

Already tried all the things i mentioned and my Whatsapp backup is from 2022.

"Transmission of WhatsApp chats is not supported" which is fine, already did that using Whatsapp own tool. But my photos from the WhatsApp folder are gone both from the old and new phones.

Have you properly checked the old phone for them...\Android\media\com.whatsapp\WhatsApp\Media\WhatsApp images

In your gallery, ensure you have all albums showing up. Tap on select essential albums and toggle on WhatsApp images album.

Yeah, i checked all the above, unfortunately its all empty on both phones. All my photos from WhatsApp Images are gone. 

And i dont get why they´re gone from my old phone, cuz i just used it to transfer, nothing else. Seems like a cut+paste process that lost the files in the process.
