Help new sim!

Hi...I've just gone from THREE to Smarty & got a pac code & my sim has arrived & it's not registering on my phone...Any help grateful recieved TIA x

When did you request the transfer of number via PAC?

Normally can take between 24-48 hours depending on network, and some only port Monday - Friday.

Have you checked with network provider to see if the transfer has been completed in full?

On Thursday afternoon from THREE & sim from Smarty arrived today ty x

Hey there

Presuming you gave Smarty the PAC code they will have advised you on what day your number would port.

Until then, your Smarty SIM will likely have a temporary number (but not always).

They also recommend you restart your phone

@Jack11111 try inserting your sim card in another phone if you can and them see what happens if your sim card hasn't started connecting yet. 

Also speak with your networks pac team to ask if a split port has occurred, which is where not all the porting in Files have properly completed.
