Google Messages display issue 'Can't reply to this short code'

Hello, I have seen this weird display at bottom of 'Can't reply to this short code' on messages that I have received. 

It looks like a flickering text display and I am unsure if anyone else has seen this?

I have tried to clear cache on this app but still seeing this issue.

I've just installed the latest version from Play Store and it's still the same for me. 

I reckon I'll just go back to the Samsung message app

Yes I did the same. The issue is still there with Google Messages

I am having the same issue, at first i thought its from the screen protector, i removed it just to make sure, I lost my screen protector for literally nothing 😅

Got an update today, version '20230329_00_RC.01' in there... I don't know if that's the one that's from last week but it sounds like it from the date. Haven't seen the issue recur since the one time I saw it a few weeks ago but we shall see.
