My S23 won´t charge when connected to my powerbank.

It shows charging the first 2 seconds, then stops charging.

Powerbank and cable used are OK because they work perfectly well on my S9.

is there some setting that blocks the powerbank ?

Powerbank is 20.000 mAh and specifications quote output from USB at 5V/2.4A

Hi there, do you have auto blocker enabled via settings? not sure if this is whats causing your issue but it could be.

I have the S23 Ultra and have the same issue as you. I've noticed when plugging in the cable it starts charging then stops. I've got around the issue by plugging it in with a bit of force (not too much of course) then letting go of it without moving the phones position. It seems to me that the connection can easily be stopped with even the slightest movement of the cable or phone. Best to use the original charging cable that came with your phone.

It seems a compatibility issue between phone and powerbank.

Tried another powerbank of a friend, and it worked.

My powerbank outputs from USB to C. Maybe that is the issue, as this powerbank can output from C to C
