Ordered a Samsung S23 on the 28th of November and there was an offer that I would receive Free Earbuds and £100 Cashback within 45 days, but received nothing from Samsung via post or email. Just checked today and seems like you have to raise a claim within 30 days??? This is an absolute scam of an offer hoping that people do not make this claim in time and lose the offer. If this is not sorted by Samsung it will be the last ever Samsung product anyone in my family has ordered. Never received email instructions or follow up to at least do the claim, so Samsung if they make an offer they should stand by it and not hope people don't read the small print. In the long run I think Samsung will lose more money then make from this poor way of doing things. Also have been waiting for ages on customer support lines and chats.

I didn't know i had to claim them, i thought i would get them after the first few weeks, but nothing came so i checked and found out about the claim.

I'm on day 46 still no £100. Got the buds. Don't want disney anyway. Samsung told me they have a delay on the payments and its coming from a 3rd party.
