EE BOLTON REPAIR STORE DAMAGED MY PHONE

Samsung has the worst customer service i met ever. I have an issue with Galaxy S23 software after update phone keep crashing i did factory reset, then deleted cache and phone still crashing then went to restart loop phone not settled at all. After communicating samsung they sent me EE Bolton store for repair apart of people there are horrible refused take my phone in beginning the took it then got a message the phone fixed and when gone there to pick up i turned phone on and i was still in store phone went to restart loop and looks like nothing changed i asked did they fixed it they said yes and installed new software! 
The paperwork says no faults found! 

The person who handed me the phone seeing how phone keep restart! Then said sorry i can rebook repair again! Apart of that phone has some scratches around frame i wondering my phone wasn't like that! And even receiving paper work syas not dents or scratches! They said sorry it's happened !!! 
Now I dunno what kind of people they are and Samsung become a such disgusting company after i rang 0333 000 0333 that number to complaint they told me go to store again to rebook repair and sorry for scratches! 
By the way that only store close me which far 22 miles! And not even sure if i go again they could damage my phone completely and no one bothered 

This the high end phone which cost a lot of money and really awful to deal with this horrible company and they cheat people and their repair service is a scam.

Maybe you have an app that is restarting your phone.

I have tried everything possible ended with factory reset & cleaned cache all by myself.
Now after i took my phone back from EE literally they have done nothing plus phone has a lot of scratches around!
Samsung customer service is a joke.

What have the ee service centre said  ?

I have spoke to Samsung customer for third time and they told me to ee store again and call customer service from there!! And given me a case number.

Disgusting, Samsung won’t even look at my wife’s phone as they saying it’s a charging issues. We have now switched but still fighting Samsung to fix it so we can sell
