After over 15 years of being a Samsung loyalist my days are sadly coming to an end. Last year I purchased a Galaxy s23 Ultra and now I'm receiving a moisture detection warning even though there's nothing wrong with it. TMobile is trying there hardest to scam me out of paying a 100 deductible. What do I even pay insurance on my device for. I'm ready to throw this phone in the garbage.

Unfortunately, in life things can go wrong with phones and we may have errors/issues. The joys of technology.

I would suggest calling Samsung Support in your region for further support IE troubleshooting, repair if still under warranty.

Also when making a claim on insurance there is normally a excess fee. This isn't a scam. It'll be in your policy details.
