Dear all,
all Samsung mobile have some issue with our wireless network.
The devices are connected (IP, GW, DNS as expected) but there are an alert "!" with the message "Connected without Internet". Chrome works and Internet is available!
What tests do Samsung devices perform to verify Internet connection? Iphone, Xiaomi,... work without alert.
(Maybe the firewall or URL filter block the test)
Thanks in advanced
Gian

I'm able to connect (I receive IP, GW and DNS).
Internet is working but the users read on device "Connected without Internet".
My question is: how Samsung devices determine if a device is connected to the internet?
thanks

if the internet works there is traffic! but that's not the question
My question is: how Samsung devices determine if a device is connected to the internet?
My goal is not to have the message: "Connected without Internet".

ok sorry. However the Internet is working (4G disabled), why do we see the message?
Is Samsung using the standard Android check?
We have a firewall, URL filter and SSL Inspection on some URL Category (certificate installed on the devices).
