Cashback Promotion Claim Declined

Hello All,

Opia who runs the Cashback promotions on behalf of Samsung has declined both my claims saying they were unable to validate my purchase, even after sending them original copies of my invoices. Not much help from the supervisors as they keep saying their back office team were unable to validate the purchases. Has anyone had any experience of this and how to sort out as not getting much help from team at Opia. Tried ringing Samsung, they are even worse and keep asking me to ring Opia back.

I have seen every attempt to deny promotions as a process. The csr are unable to help and always answer in the same scripted manner when they can't help further

The process is rigged to have consumer buy product with guarantees that despite on screen shots shared, are unable to assist Alwysba ghost saying denied. No email or confirmation provided even though none was provided

This isba scripted attempt to ensure there is frustration 

I was told to purxhase a wathcafter buying an s24ultra promo was suppose to be 50% off watch 

Denial of promotion even after i purchased watch withbhiarantee discount woild be forthcoming afterwards 

Are we sure Samsung isn't being run from North Korea?

Samsung has a scripted and multiple issues with following through with promotions

They get you to buy and says discount will come in a few days 3-5 but never materializes

Then when pressed they dlsay it's escalation Then nothing 

 

Contact again explaining everything again then denial

 

Push with all documentation Then they sat escalation again it will be taken xare of amd they will contact but it never happens 

 

They couldn't even provide an email they said they were reading from denial Nope cant do that Also say they sent email but no such email exists at outer end

 

Pathetic

I have never ever had any issues wih claiming cashback, free buds, or any promotional items.

There is no 'rigging' in my experience, and samsung are a long way far from being a 'scumbag' company.

So long as you understand the terms of the promotion, claim in the correct period you are supposed to,and you buy the product in the period you are supposed to, then everything works out.

P.s. this is the European and UK samsung site. I am sure there is a more relevant forum for you to vent your anger in Canada.

What I'm seeing is a clear pattern

Not just Canada 

I assure you I have all documentation+ screen shots of what is being shared

Left and right hand is one thing but there is sufficient evidence to show its a system wide issue
