Depends on what country you are in. You haven't written much for anyone to solve your problem. In the UK it's illegal to record phone calls like it is in some other countries.

@sandsoftime: Please be aware that Galaxy mobile devices do not contain a native call recording feature, due to European privacy laws. In this instance, please take a look in the Google Play Store for a third party option, making sure to use download figures and user reviews to help you make an informed choice.

@sandsoftime it  is not technically  illegal to record calls in the uk

However  it is illegal to share calls with 3rd parties without consent, see some information here https://www.gmal.co.uk/recording-phone-calls-on-your-mobile/

Anyway the  native facility was removed due to privacy/security issues and 3rd party apps tend to have restrctions.  However a review of such apps here https://www.androidauthority.com/best-call-recorder-apps-android-

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Hi, @itwasntme43. I'm sorry that you've had cause for concern about your phone. Please can you create a separate thread about this, so that we can delve into this in greater detail?

It's not illegal to record calls in the UK, you just have to tell the other caller that you're recording. Apple have enabled this feature on iPhones and it's ridiculous that Samsung haven't!
