My car can only connect for calls but not audio and constantly drops. My phone is now also dropping and forgetting my galaxy watch ultra as well. I've done a factory reset (absolute nightmare) but still constant problems.

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app

Keep wearable app on unrestricted under app settings /battery

Put phone in safe mode and while in safe mode connect to your car, exit safe mode and Bluetooth connection should then always work....I had the same issue and safe mode fixed it

See if Safe Mode helps as suggested. If not some other Troubleshooting you can try.

Reset the Network Connections ,General Management-Reset-Reset Wifi and Bluetooth Settings. Sometimes toggling Airplane Mode on and off a few times followed by restarting the Devices fixes some issues.

You could try clearing the Bluetooth cache as shown here along with other tips.https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
