See if Safe Mode helps as suggested. If not some other Troubleshooting you can try.
Reset the Network Connections ,General Management-Reset-Reset Wifi and Bluetooth Settings. Sometimes toggling Airplane Mode on and off a few times followed by restarting the Devices fixes some issues.
You could try clearing the Bluetooth cache as shown here along with other tips.https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209182/
