Bluetooth not connecting to either of my Windows 11 laptops

I use my PhoneLink for work. I have two laptops, and neither is connecting to my phone through Bluetooth. I have troubleshooted both computers; they connect to other Bluetooth devices, just not my phone. My phone, headphones, etc., are still connected to my car.

I removed the phone and computer from both Bluetooth connections and started a new one. Both computers recognize the phone, ask if I want to pair the phone to the computer(s), and give me a code. I click pair, the computer then states "unknown device connected." Then, I get the same error message on both laptops: " Unknown Device, connection failed."

So it's connecting with the computers via Bluetooth, but then failing. It was working fine last night.

I'm completely baffled by this. If this was just one laptop having this issue, it would tell me there was some kind of update error going on, but one is old and the other is new, they both stopped connecting this morning and there were no Windows 11 updates last night.

Thanks in advance!

Same problem. Phone was happily connected to Windows last night but failed this morning. Tried clearing cache and data via Bluetooth app but the options are greyed out. Have removed devices from both Windows and phones, restarted both and tired connecting. Windows says connection successful but then fails. Phone says "Couldn't connect". Last phone software update (N986BXXSFHXL1) months ago. Last Windows update yesterday (to (10.0.26120.3671) (KB5055622)). Even though it's not related to connections, I tried AVRCP V 1.6 without any success. Microsoft Avrcp driver is 10.0.26100.3575

Absolutely stumped although I reckon its related to security during pairing. There is an error in the event log matching the phone Bluetooth mac
"The Security Manager Protocol experienced a time-out waiting for a response from a remote device with address (mac address masked for this public forum)."
