Bluetooth connection problem S23

Hi !

I have a very strange problem. I'm using earbuds (JBL Tune 230nc tws ) I don't have any problem connecting my Phone to them or listening to music or a video. But as soon as I pause my music/video the earbuds begin a cycle where they disconnect and then reconnect to the phone endlessly as long as I don't play something. Each time they make their connection sound and I receive a notification telling me they are connected. Can someone help me ?

We have a handy guide on our website that may assist you with the Bluetooth issue you're having with your S23 and earbuds. In addition, I'd also suggest resetting the network settings on your phone. This will reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular and Bluetooth settings, and any VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

> From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access your apps.
> Select "Settings".
> Select "General management".
> Select "Reset".
> Select "Reset network settings".
> Select "Reset settings".
> Enter your screen lock PIN, Pattern, or Password and select "Next".
> Select "Reset".

Should this not rectify the problem, I would recommend sending us an Error report, as doing so will allow our software engineers to receive data logs relating to the issue you are experiencing. This data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation of the report.
