Are you thinking the scratches would decrease the value of your phone when trading it in 🤔
If they are not really deep scratches then it most likely won't.
As @Glenntech has mentioned 👌 a good screen protector such as the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector, or maybe a Spigen option would hide the scratches.
If your going for a replacement screen then definitely go with a Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store so that the warranty and Ip rating is retained , the work is guaranteed, and your getting an oem screen.
