Bluetooth not connecting to either of my Windows 11 laptops

I use my PhoneLink for work. I have two laptops, and neither is connecting to my phone through Bluetooth. I have troubleshooted both computers; they connect to other Bluetooth devices, just not my phone. My phone, headphones, etc., are still connected to my car.

I removed the phone and computer from both Bluetooth connections and started a new one. Both computers recognize the phone, ask if I want to pair the phone to the computer(s), and give me a code. I click pair, the computer then states "unknown device connected." Then, I get the same error message on both laptops: " Unknown Device, connection failed."

So it's connecting with the computers via Bluetooth, but then failing. It was working fine last night.

I'm completely baffled by this. If this was just one laptop having this issue, it would tell me there was some kind of update error going on, but one is old and the other is new, they both stopped connecting this morning and there were no Windows 11 updates last night.

Thanks in advance!

Try restarting the phone and clearing phone cache

Done that. Went into Bluetooth settings and cleared the cache, went into Developer Mode and played around with the Bluetooth settings. At this point, I'm backing up my phone to my laptop and going to do a factory reset. I've watched hours of tech support videos and tried everything... so factory reset it is.

I did a factory reset and the phone is STILL not pairing with either of my computers... this is a nightmare. I don't understand how it can pair with other items, but not my computers.

It was fine when I went to bed last night

for the computer? I did not. I'll try that once the backup is completed

But with both computers not connecting, that's just too much of a coincidence

I am having the same issue. It worked fine until this morning, and suddenly, nothing works. Precisely the same scenario (e.g. the unpair, starting to pair and saying its paired but not connected...). I did notice that the last software update for my phone was yesterday, so maybe that has something to do with it. Is there a way to revert to an earlier version, perhaps? This is really affecting my work as I send numerous files and photos quickly via phone and laptop... I would rather not do a factory reset...and I have no idea how to do a Phone safe mode start either but if others have the same issue I am pretty sure this is a Samsung problem...
