Has anybody had an issue connecting new Bluetooth devices since November update?
I test a lot of android headunits and the most recent one I have received will not connect to my S23U but will connect to other phones

Hi @rogersdave77

You could try >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If that fails to help then please send feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thank you for the reply, I have put in an error report to Samsung.
For some reason Bluetooth will connect to saved Bluetooth devices but will not connect to new devices. I thought at first it might have been an issue with the Bluetooth on the new Android headunit I am testing but I tried to connect to my Wife's android headunit in her car, which isn't save on my phone and it won't connect to that either....this error is costing me money as I should have had a YouTube video out this weekend reviewing the new unit 🙈🙈
