Bixby voice missing from new s24 ultra

I recently bought a s24 ultra but I don't appear to have a bixby voice app. Only bixby vision. 

- no bixby settings after holding power button and continuing to setting menu

- no bixby setting in advances features

- no bixby voice app in my apps drawer or in the list of apps in settings

- bixby has not been put into deep sleep

If you check in the account and go to Samsung apps and services, does Bixby show up there?

Sounds like, no pun intended, Bixby voice is not available/supported in Japan

Huh, you may be right about that but I can't find a good source. I will dig into it further. Thank you for the help! I think this might actually be the main reason (or related). Bixby is not supported in Japan
