Battery issue detected after diagnostic - Life: bad

Hello,
I have got a six month old S23 Ultra.
Tonight I decided to run some tests. The battery one came back positive with a battery issue.
To be honest, in the last few weeks, the battery has stopped lasting as long as it did before. 
When the battery is 100%, it gives me a duration of around 17 hours (if I don't use any app). It was almost double before.
I've taken an appointment at a Samsung Experience Store for repair.
Will they replace the battery? Is it something that can be done quickly?
I'm really wondering what happened to my battery...
Could this have been caused by the Samsung super fast charger (45W)?

My battery has been replaced as well as the USB port.

My only issue is the following: they told me that the issue isn't cause my super fast charging (45w). Could that have been caused by using a 3A cable instead of 5A cable?

It can be, I guess, but I think it was faulty battery

I'm using various cables and now I'm not sure what to do...
The engineers said that faulty batteries are pretty rare now after Samsung has implemented new processes.

It is rare yes but nevertheless it had to be replaced. I would continue using as before

I must say the Samsung Experience staff were very professional. They noticed that the tests run by the phone itself on the battery had shown that the battery level suddenly dropped multiple times. They replaced the battery in like 2 hours. They also replaced some internal stuff. Not sure why, but the back of my phone is also new. Is the battery attached to the actual back of the phone?

Good. Expected no less from the staff. Back, being the cover, had to be removed to change the battery
