I'm trying to stop my contacts accessing my audio files and keep getting this message any ideas

How would I know? It's my personal phone with no work apps I don't even have work email access

I don't have any more ideas than what I've previously asked. If you couldn't find any apps related to it, that's the best I could think of. You haven't installed any apk files have you? A sorta hidden work profile might be caused from malware.

That's why enabling auto blocker prevents work profiles from being setup

Try and reset, if somehow it's still locked or under management, a Samsung store or samsung support should be able to wipe it or exchange it as long as you have proof of purchase

No I've not installed any apk files all apps installed are from the galaxy store or play store

Then this whole thing is really strange. As per my self reply, give a reset a shot if you don't have any ideas left. If that fails, proof of purchase should allow a Samsung store to wipe it

Yes that's what I said from the beginning, question is if it's from Samsung directly how's thay possible
