Help needed why all of a sudden has my device in files showing up saying restrictions and can only be seen when connected to a PC?

I have all permissions allowed as well I'm a tad confused so any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance peeps

As @Windroid has mentioned it would be helpful if you could elaborate to what's is happening.

In the interim as a broadsworded approach try >

• Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
• Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

So sorry if I wasn't clear enough so I am trying to open files on my phone in the file section ( which i might add i have opened said files previously) however now I am no longer able to open said files as the message comes up saying due to android restrictions these files can only be viewed via a PC.
So my query is why when in the past I was able to view said files and now I'm no longer able to without connecting to a PC?
I don't wish to open on PC I want to open on my phone like I did before

ok, did you install any app that might have cause this alteration? did you change any permission in the settings by mistake?

If not, and this behaviour started out of the blue, I suggest that you follow that @BandOfBrothers recommended, "Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section"

Also in the settings, go to Apps > my files > storage > clear data and cache.

Try again and let us know how it goes 🙂

Thanks for your reply I haven't installed any apps and I already cleared the cache files ,storage and cleared data and still the same as well so Hence why I'm reaching out on here for help
