I've just bought a new S23 FE but can't access it. The phone is asking for a password but none has been provided and the Samsumg default doesn't work.
I'm not able to either restart or switch off the phone because both options require a password to be entered.
The phone is brand new from a high street retailer rather than reconditioned / second hand.
Please help!
