6.1 software update

Hi all, with the widespread detail of the latest software update available, I have an s23 plus and noticed that I've yet to get the upgrade, I live in London. Wanted to ask if this is normal?

Hi, which update are you specifically asking about?

If you mean the UI6.1 update, then that was released here in the UK months ago. If you haven't got it yet, then you must be using a non UK handset.

Try plugging into a PC or laptop and use Smartswitch to try and force an update. If none found, then there's nothing else you can do.

I'm UK and got UI 6.1 update, this was in March I believe

You're probably using a non UK handset.

Confirmed with samsung that the device is a UK model. But still no update
