Light scratch on screen

I have a slight scratch on my screen, anyone found any good products that can remove these

I wouldn't risk it. You may cause more damage. If it's something you can't unsee, then consider replacing.

If its only small I find sticking a tempered glass screen protector on top of it makes it invisible

A good screen protector such as a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector should hide a light scratch @K_Harris
