Hello all
Just bought s23 ultra 512 GB last week, and updated it to latest version 6.1, then inserted my SIM card, i cannot connect to 5G network, only 4G is working
I did everything, clear partition cache, reset data setting, and ensured network mode is correct (5G/LTE/3G/2G) and access point names are the same as my old phone (A52s) which the 5G is working fine when i insert the sim card again to it, so it is not SIM nor network covering issue.
Any help?

Well, in that case it should be working straight away. Is 5g provisioned on your network account? Contact Samsung tech support and see what's their advice

I have got exactly the same problemon my s23 ultra.. 5G has stopped working(worked fine before that) and I only connect to 4g+ where ever I am. It's not the carrier problem as the sim works fine in other phones. it's after samsung update 3 weeks ago. Any help please!
