Seen a few on the U.S community
Think in real world use you wouldn't really see much difference.
But the cost of supplying both chipsets here would have to be passed on to us.
There must be some difference in the way I've set up my phone to others, as my battery has been one of its stand out features. Lasts me easily a day.

My phone is unlocked, but I'm using a Three sim card and they take forever to update because of WiFi calling and some other technical things

If the phone was bought through a network provider, quite often even unlocked, they still need to wait for that provider to push updates
But bought unlocked, like direct from Samsung, updates will arrive once Samsung pushes them out regionally

The subject of Exynos vs Snapdragon has been going on as long as I can remember to be honest.
Samsung will use the Exynos SoC when it can as it's their own. Looking at Google Searches it appears Qualcomm offer Snapdragon SoC to a limited amount of regions / handsets. It maybe a licensing restriction or chipset availability situation.
Like many I've used both SoC variants of phone's ,and even imported a Samsung Note²⁰ Ultra from Hong Kong into the UK to compare it to an Exynos version.
The Snapdragon SoC was better optimised in regards to battery stats.
Updates are pushed out by Samsung dependant on region , phone model, serial and build number and as some networks ask Samsung to hold off sending updates to their branded phone's i.e phone's supplied by the network which then have their own csc code this can mean these have their own update schedule.
I completely understand and in no way diminish the very real issues some have experienced with the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra whether it be an Exynos or Snapdragon SoC version of the phone.
There has been some good tips to remedy these i.e don't use Smartswitch etc and Samsung have sent out quite a few updates since Launch to remedy some of these issues.
Take note of any return periods if really unhappy
I use the Exynos variant and have had zero issues with the phone coming from my own user experiences since using the phone from launch.
I urge anyone experiencing issues to send / continuously sending their feedback / error reports to Samsung via their Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
