If Samsung insists on selling phones with Exynos processors in UK , will switch to Pixel phones , they even send stability and bug fixes to Snapdragon devices first ,not to the low performance devices.
I am a loyal customer for Note series as I believed that it delivers more quality than the S series and unfortunately I had to buy the S series again this year because they canceled the Note , I bought the S22 Ultra along with the S8 ultra and i regret buying the S22 ,overheqring , low performance and lagging .
My old Note 10 plus is still faster

Well I hear that some are saying they are getting better battery and performance. But there are also many that complain about the same issues with the Snapdragon version.
Seen a few on the U.S community
Think in real world use you wouldn't really see much difference.
But the cost of supplying both chipsets here would have to be passed on to us.
There must be some difference in the way I've set up my phone to others, as my battery has been one of its stand out features. Lasts me easily a day.

It doesn't matter, you're still using a networks sim card.
My phone is unlocked, but I'm using a Three sim card and they take forever to update because of WiFi calling and some other technical things

It doesn't matter about the sim card, it's the firmware that attracts the updates. You may be able to use other sims but you still have 3 firmware.

This is correct.
If the phone was bought through a network provider, quite often even unlocked, they still need to wait for that provider to push updates
But bought unlocked, like direct from Samsung, updates will arrive once Samsung pushes them out regionally

The subject of Exynos vs Snapdragon has been going on as long as I can remember to be honest.

Samsung will use the Exynos SoC when it can as it's their own. Looking at Google Searches it appears Qualcomm offer Snapdragon SoC to a limited amount of regions / handsets. It maybe a licensing restriction or chipset availability situation.

Like many I've used both SoC variants of phone's ,and even imported a Samsung Note²⁰ Ultra from Hong Kong into the UK to compare it to an Exynos version.

The Snapdragon SoC was better optimised in regards to battery stats.

Updates are pushed out by Samsung dependant on region , phone model,  serial and build number and as some networks ask Samsung to hold off sending updates to their branded phone's i.e phone's supplied by the network which then have their own csc code this can mean these have their own update schedule.

I completely understand and in no way diminish the very real issues some have experienced with the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra whether it be an Exynos or Snapdragon SoC version of the phone.

There has been some good tips to remedy these i.e don't use Smartswitch etc and Samsung have sent out quite a few updates since Launch to remedy some of these issues.

Take note of any return periods if really unhappy

I use the Exynos variant and have had zero issues with the phone coming from my own user experiences since using the phone from launch.

I urge anyone experiencing issues to send / continuously sending their feedback / error reports to Samsung via their Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Well I do think the customer support has been left wanting with my experience.
They've always been great. But this year for whatever reason, have not been to the high standard they were

It's nothing to do with Qualcomm, this is all on Samsung. If it were Qualcomm region restrictions my Nokia G50 wouldn't be Snapdragon and neither would my Tab A7. Both are and I'm in the UK where Samsung are the ones dictating Exynos SoC in the S22 range. The fact they can use Qualcomm in the Flip and Fold just highlights further it isn't Qualcomm behind this. Chipset availability also isn't an issue here. These devices are designed 2-3 years in advance just like any other IT product. That negates any COVID related chip shortages. For example, the S23 is out this Summer, that will have been in the design and planning stage since at least the S20 rolled out in stores if not before. Using feedback is a complete waste of time too, I can count on two fingers how many times I have had a sensible answer and outcome from feeding back issues there.
