Well one of the less better things is when you get an issue which prevents you from using Samsung Pay, reach out to support, spend a lot of time providing diagnostics etc and then get completely ghosted.

Not happy with Samsung support at all and will look elsewhere for my next device

The S Pen for one with me. Such a great thing to have. I use mine for jotting down notes, smart select and as a remote shutter button for the camera.
Speaking of cameras, that's another thing that's great on the phone. The ability to have Expert RAW to capture as much detail as possible.
Battery life is brilliant for me. Lasts me easy all day and I use my phone a lot.

The sheer amount of different functions and features on the phone along with a really good camera , nice weight in the hand and as @Glenntech mentions the sPen.

The display on these phone's are gorgeous.

In short the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra for me is a powerhouse of a phone.

What happens when you launch Samsung Pay ?

Who supplied the phone to you may I ask ?

Are you able to use Google Pay at all ?

Phone came from EE, the CSC of the phone was locked to Germany (DE) so Samsung Pay was unusable in the UK. The Samsung community manager @SachikoT here on Members was dealing with it and I ended up having to call Samsung support etc. But was ghosted afterwards. They offered a good will gesture for the issue and for assisting in resolving it but this never came about either. I had to give up and ended up just returning the device to EE.

Why didn't you go back to EE and get them to sort your problem out
They should replace the phone with one for the correct market

Judging from the reports on this forum - The price, reliability of delivery dates/times and the standard of customer services when contacted with an issue! 😂😂😂

Nothing. I upgraded from a Note 9 and I really wish I hadn't. Google Pay doesn't work.
