It might be beneficial to clear your browsers cache and history and or try another browser or device @Members_spEQec4
Other than that you should be able to locate the contact details for Samsung for your particular region via a Google Search.

Thanks, yes I'd already tried those.
It's actually all sorted now via samsung@tradeinrespose.co.uk which I think got from another post of yours.
