I am one more of the thousands of victims around the world who lost a perfectly working phone due to a faulty update most probably.... This wasn't expected of samsung...

The phone has been constantly stuck on boot loop and no buttons are working.... The service center guys have said it's a motherboard problem mostly because I think they don't know anything about it yet...

Samsung should atleast offer a exchange or trade in with s25u and people can pay the difference.... Or else this makes a really good lawsuit if the community members units...

My phone in the last 3 years has never been dropped, never replaced any parts or has been opened... It's sad to see this bad costumer service.

@DynamicNik  I am aware that some customers with the S22 Ultra have problems,   one recent thread here https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/s22-ultra-reboot-loop/td-p/11664805

Aware that you will not be able to boot into Recovery Mode to wipe the cache partition/factory reset.  However if it is a motherboard issue that would not be software related though instances where that is the case.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Caused by faulty hardware, sadly out of warranty.

Hello 👋 @DynamicNik

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

Unfortunately we are seeing more posts just like yours with similar content within. 😔

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

Samsung should take this feedback on board and look at some form of resolution in my personal opinion.

I would suggest to please send feedback also via the Samsung Members App.

I wish everyone affected a speedy resolution.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi @DynamicNik

I am sorry you are having this issue. Of course me being sorry is of little help to you.

I think the best course of action is to try get as many of you together and try to address Samsung as a group.

If it were a single case, one can think that the user might have done something or indeed a faulty motherboard. However, when many cases are happening, I am more incline to believe on some fault created by the software or a problem with a motherboard's batch. Either way, it does not seem to be a problem created by the users.

I agree with @BandOfBrothers Samsung should take this feedback on board and come with a resolution to the issue.

All the best,

I know you said your buttons weren't working: But try a hard reboot. Hold the 2 buttons that would be power down, but even when the menu shows up, do not let go. Hold onto them until the screen switches off and then let go. Then boot the phone back up.

I've done this when I was having issues with my older devices

If this does not work, I'd recommend taking it somewhere and getting it checked because it may be a more internal issue rather than a software play-up

I'm enountering this issue on my beloved S22 Ultra as well.. it froze all of a sudden, turned off on its own then tried to start and got stuck to boot loop. It then turns off when ran out of battery boot looping all the time, and it's difficult to turn on again as it doesnt respond and will all of a sudden respond randomly turning on but just looping to the samsung splash screen again with protected by nox.. Any recommendation to fix this? I have tons of importantant information onmy phone and it's important for me to be able to use this phone again.. been using samsung all my since dacades back before samsung S line and until S8, S10 plus, S20 ultra and this S22 Ultra.. I hope Samsung cares about us Samsung Warriors as per iPhone users.. but right now I'm not so sure anymore I feel bettayed by Samsung by killing my expensive phone via  One Ui 6.1 update.. 😥

Yes me too. My important files and documents are in my phone. Imagine all the loss it made. I feel betrayed too. No iphone issues like this.
