I mean I cannot express how much torture this Samsung is giving me right now. Phones are good no doubt but Samsung people are rubbish. Of no use at all. I sent my S21 ultra it has been received I got the email too I have contacted various people and wasted 2 hours yesterday when the guy I spoke to said don't worry I will fix this for you. After the call you will receive an email with whatever we spoke about and just to let you know your issue is resolved. I mean pathetic people you wasted my whole day and there was nothing but torture. I emailed you guys 20 times explaining the IMIE number of my old phone (I used the second one instead of first as while trading in I have used my first one for the first order and I cancelled my order and then I contacted Samsung and they said it's fine use your second and I did)

 

These people are rubbish of no use. I literally loved the phone but this much torture? I am going back to Apple products, at least they solve issues in minutes literally without whole stress that you go through. I mean would your own phone torture you? And if it does it must have a phone number to contact then and there but no it has an email who won't understand anything at all. Illiterate people hired by good Samsung. And pathetic customer services. 0 star for Samsung, 10 for Apple.

Going through the same thing. I barely slept last night worrying about it. They are obviously backlogged but if that's the case, delay the lock. Also, their own terms say they'll ask for the trade in value payment first. This is beyond cruel. People rely on their phones for so much!

There feels to be a widening gap between Samsung and Apple in terms of customer service. Samsung are incongruent with premium prices and budget brand customer service. Good that people are walking away - it's the only way Samsung will learn...

They need to move away from this poor practice of locking devices. I've sent mine in and got my emails today saying they received my parcels. If I get any of my devices locked, I'm more than likely not buying any Samsung devices in the future.

Also having this issue, I have not received a returns pack, various emails back and forth and now I am being told they no longer send out return packs, despite my original confirmation email informing me that I would receive a return pack!!!

Looks like from this it's big problem having in UK with Trade in old phones for new S22 Series.

I was email return labels that I had to print to return my tablet as they only provided a bag and label for my phone trade in.

Lol your not going back to apple despite how mad you are. Maybe another android phone. But not apple. Im only saying this because my note 10 + is still my go to phone, and using the newest iphone as my work phone has made me realize how inconvenient ios im and how many extra steps are involved their widget system is a joke on ios.

Exactly what happened with me!
Threatened to lock my s8 ultra because they hadn't received my trade in when they said to me they will send me out a return pack.
In the end I printed of a form and sent it back.
Wrote an email of complaint
Not sure it will get me anywhere though!
