My screen started flickering after the recent update and screen turned completely white, I had terrible experience with Samsung Customer Care and Service Center agents.
Full Story -
The manager "Nadeem" at the service center said if the screen had "white lines" after update I will accept it, not if the screen is "completely white". I always make sure that I provide the best protection. I use Expensive Rhino Shield Cases and Guards for my mobile. But they are blaming me for not using the phone properly and I have to pay full price of the screen for the repair.
"Nisar" agent from Customer Service agent says that I should take responsibility for using the phone improperly, I stated I use my mobile with utmost care and he stats everyone uses their phone carefully even it costs 30k or 1.2Lakhs. Those statements felt condescending and Imagine how frustrating I would have felt when the only phone I had doesn't work and an agent who is supposed to help talks like that.
After calling customer care multiple times and explaining that I didnt misuse the phone. I was connected with a supervisor named "Pruthvi" after putting me on long holds. The Supervisor claimed that I damaged the mobile because he can see tiny scratches near the S-Pen. My S22. Which proves that Samsung would go to great lengths to avoid helping the customer for the mistakes they committed. I would be willing to take the responsibility and pay for the replacement if I damaged the phone, I want Samsung to rightfully take responsibility in this situation.
It felt terrible when they blamed the me for not using the phone properly and say that I damaged the screen and I have not other choice. The phone was working perfectly before the update, I tried my best to explain that I have not damaged the display. I was a loyal Samsung Customer I purchased S series mobile phones for myself and my family, now I feel like I made a mistake by trusting Samsung as a reputable brand.
Note: I am able to use the mobile in Dex Mode and Connect it to PC.
I raised a job sheet in the Service Center and a Support Ticket
If Samsung is not willing to help me with this issue, I would never use or recommend Samsung.

@Sai Ganesh Whilst I apprreciate the concern the Uk community would not be able to provide specialised support ,would be matter for your local community. Please refrain from duplicate posts as I believe one has already been removed

I escalated this issue this issue till Head Office, yet Samsung Refused to repair this free of cost, I decided to fail a complaint with the Government.

So, when the Lawsuit? Because I just woke up; went to the bathroom and my screen went white without any explanation while watching a YouTube video.

Hey, Samsung Refused to help, I am going to take this issue public and post on all social media, if you want to join please share your contact info so that I cant tag you too, I will not be paying for a repair when I am not responsible for the damages.
