My phone has been completely fine but about 3 weeks ago it started overheating out of nowhere!
I get an overheating message and it turns off. I can be on it or it can be just sitting. I try and cool it by holding to a fan and have removed the case it has been in since day 1. I have tried all of the tips shared on forums etc. How do I submit a fault to samsung? This has never happened and my phone shutting down from overheating is not good!
I have an S22 Ultra. I have owned since they were introduced- preordered through the samsung site- 3 years old?

Using your Samsung members app head to the Support section and tap on Error Reports. Tap overheating. Complete the report accordingly then send it.

Battery life is terrible youd only get 3hr 20min on intensive usage and would often lag on games like pubg and genshin impact.
Such a less stable phone.
This phone is gonna get oudated within 2 years because its heating like fire
And its worser than the s23 ultra and s24 ultra often the s22 ultra 3 to 5 hours battery worser than newer models
