I had set up different notifications sound for each person on Facebook messenger but for some reason the notifications sound I get is the default one I had changed it before and it was working dont know why it stopped...anybody nows if it was couse of an update and it's buggy now??

There's settings in Messenger itself

There's also app notification categories that you can assign individual sounds to

Sounds for individual people may be an app specific setting. If you don't see that setting anymore, then you'll need to reach out to the Meta developers.
