Just last week. I experienced that the phone had been freezing, especially in the messenger or facebook app, freeezes then restarts. it was very unusual to me so I looked at all the apps I have currently and tried to remove those which I dont use anymore (unfortunately this didnt prompt that I back up my data already). a few days pass, I got used to the freezing and waited for it to restart. but this time, when I tried to unlock the phone using my password, the keyboard keeps hiding. so I had to press the text box so I can input my password but the keyboard keeps hiding. I had to quickly type in my password before the keyboard hides again. then, when pressing "done" after typing in the password, it has a sound that its unlocked, but it goes back to locked status again. and this repeats until it freezes and restarts again.
I tried soft reset, I tried opening in safe mode both didnt work. it also switched to airplane mode after doing these thing. the only option, as far as ive seen others had the issue is to do a factory reset which im still not ready to do since the data will be lost forever.
anybody here had this scenario and had a fix? im desperate, please help!
